Complete these steps on your mobile device
1. Install Cisco Jabber from your devices app store. Simply search for “Cisco Jabber” and install the application.

3. When Jabber opens it will request permission to your microphone, contacts and other settings. After accepting, login using your Springer Nature username and password.
Do not use your email address!
It Didn't Work?
If you are unable to sign in, delete the jabber app and reinstall it. If you still have issues, you can log a call with the helpdesk.
